چکیده
BACKGROUND: The inconsistency of the congruence surface implantabutment interface leads to impaired communication implant shaft with oral cavity, breakdown structure, including implant, and changes in occlusal relationships because axial displacement.
AIM: This study aimed investigate degree displacement abutments made relative implants analogs. Specific tasks were as follows: (1) make various for a conical connection obtained from MIS, (2) value each type load modeling, (3) examine analog tightening force screw.
MATERIALS AND METHODS: Axial displacements tested using analogs MIS joints. Original non-original chosen suprastructures. original abutment was presented by CS-CPK62. Abutments C1 milling, laser sintering, casting according burned models. fastening block plaster 4th class. conducted simulation complex we have developed, which creates cyclic within 30 kg. divided into two stages. In first stage, on screw examined. attached forces: 7 Ncm (tightening simple screwdriver), 15 Ncm, Ncm. After tightening, vertical measurements micrometer. second under assessed. tightened recommended manufacturer, performed. Measurements both before after simulation.
RESULTS: those milling showed greatest deviation (0.056 mm 0.066 mm, respectively), had deviations 0.047 mm. smallest found sintering (0.032 mm). values stage follows. when modeling (0.00167 each). Moreover, melting significant (0.007 0.004 respectively).
CONCLUSIONS: A pattern revealed: smoother parts, stronger range 730 whereas an uneven gives displacement, fixation protocol provided resistance chewing loads milled abutments. use platform system create high-precision orthopedic structures has certain limitations error height restoration is created laboratory conditions. suprastructures accumulation errors. Thus, it necessary further evaluate systems other manufacturers improve accuracy restorations based dental implants.

Parameters determining micromotion at the implant-abutment interface.
PURPOSE Micromotion at the implant-abutment level has been reported to be a major determinant of longterm implant success, as technical problems ranging from screw loosening to screw fracture may occur as a consequence of excessive micromotion. MATERIALS AND METHODS Following published standards, implant-abutment assemblies were fixed in a universal testing machine at a 30-degree angle. A cyc...
متن کاملPersistent acute inflammation at the implant-abutment interface.
The inflammatory response adjacent to implants has not been well-investigated and may influence peri-implant tissue levels. The purpose of this study was to assess, histomorphometrically, (1) the timing of abutment connection and (2) the influence of a microgap. Three implant designs were placed in the mandibles of dogs. Two-piece implants were placed at the alveolar crest and abutments connect...
متن کاملEffects of different torque levels on the implant-abutment interface in a conical internal connection.
The fit of the implant-abutment interface was assessed by the metallographic technique and by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), using solid abutment types at different torque levels. Forty Morse taper connections and forty solid abutments were used at different torque levels (repeated after 10 minutes) in the following groups (n = 10): 25 Ncm (group g1), 30 Ncm (group g2), 35 Ncm (group g3), ...
متن کاملBacterial Leakage Along the Implant-Abutment Interface
Titanium implants have been successfully and increasingly used for the substitution of dental elements in the treatment of total or partial edentulism, exhibiting success rates frequently above 90%, since the earliest reports on this technique in the 1960 decade (Lang et al., 2004; Pjetursson et al., 2007; Jung et al., 2008). When treatment failures are calculated based on patients who lost imp...
